About the Founder:
Sloane Street Development + Design’s managing partner and founder, Erinn Valencich, has over eleven years experience in luxury real estate design and development in Los Angeles. Having grown up in the construction business as the daughter of an architect and granddaughter of a contractor, development is in her blood. Prior to founding Sloane Street, Ms. Valencich founded her design business, Erinn V Design Group, at the age of 24, which quickly rose to the top of the design-scene working on multi-million dollar projects across the county, including New York, Denver, San Francisco, ocean-front property in Cabo, Mexico along with a $300 million hotel development in Las Vegas, The Downtown Grand.
Ms. Valencich’s skillful design ability, understanding of construction and the bottom line have made Sloane Street’s projects a success, including the most recent sale of their 13,000sf modern estate on Sunset Plaza Drive, which was record-braking for the area selling at $24,000,000 for a non-view home. Sloane Street’s projects have been featured in Architectural Digest Mexico, LA Confidential, LUXE, the cover of Spaces magazine, Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, as Zillow’s House of the Week and in commercials for Cadillac and Adidas, among others.
Valencich has 14 projects on the books, including an $18M spec project on Rising Glen in Los Angeles, a 12,000sf property on Rexford in Beverly Hills, a 11,000sf beach-front estate in Santa Monica as well as a 200-room hotel in Santa Barbara and a 4500sf restaurant in L.A. for a 3 Michelin star chef.

Justin Gardinier is an experienced real estate professional with direct experience in real estate principal investment, capital markets, development, restructuring and management. Mr. Gardinier is Managing Director and COO of Greystone EB-5, located in New York City. Prior to Greystone, Mr. Gardinier spent several years at CIM Group LP, a $6 billion real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, financing and managing over $1 billion of investments. Mr. Gardinier began his professional career on Wall Street where he worked on nearly $10 billion of capital markets and M&A transactions for clients in the specialty finance and real estate sectors.
Justin received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Northeastern University in Boston and holds a MBA from Columbia University in New York.
